home is where you feel you belong, just now...

yep, they're mental, but god, is it good to be back around the belfast people??!!!
I got back to belfast on last Saturday night after working very hard in England. Flying from London was a straining experience too: about 8 hours of queueing among grannies jumping the impressively long queue and crying babies who'd had enough...
There was no luggage on board, the whole lot'd been forgotten in London, so it took about 4 days to get my mobile-home/backpack...
I attended baby Sorcha's christening.. oh, it'd been a long time since I'd been to church.. and the reasons why i do so came back to my mind about 2 seconds after the priest started to speak.....
'cos there's no room for being an individual in such a cult, and that annoys me a lot.. really...
I tried to make barry laugh to pass the time, but it still felt like ages until we could get a break.. to get ready for Christian sunday round 2: the christening ceremony..
3 other infants were to enter the house of god, but sorcha did so remarkably reluctantly...
But I was thinking that it has to be quite a disorientating experience for such a small human being.. babies strive around smiles, bright colours, twinkling music and kinaesthetic craic... well, welcome to the house of God, where colours are dull, where it's cold, where people look stern, and where you're not really supposed to run around screaming your head off... So Sorcha made it clear that she wasn't going back there in a hurry...
and with such a lovely afro, it's gonna be Jah or nothing...
good girl!!
the rest of the week's been dedicated to baby-sitting and catching up with friends, who all look very happy in their relationship...
It feels amazing to see Soulbro Conal so happy and loved...

All is full of love,
and for now,
I'm very happy

hope you're too.
